It depends on whether the platters are a snack or the main event. If your team is grazing alongside a normal lunch, a smaller spread will do. If the celebration is replacing lunch, plan for more per person. Our minimum order is 6 guests, and if you let us know your headcount and whether the food is replacing lunch, we can help you work out quantities.

Melbourne Cup Day always falls on a Tuesday, and we deliver Monday to Friday between 7am and 3pm.

Because the race runs at midday in Perth, choose a delivery time that gets your food set up before the team gathers.

Due to a high volume of orders, your delivery time may need to be amended. One of our sales team will be in contact to confirm.

We partner with local WA growers and producers wherever we can, because better ingredients make a better celebration, and it supports the community we're part of.

We also take sustainability seriously rather than treating it as a marketing line. Our single-use packaging is plant-based and fully compostable, and through partnerships like Oz Harvest and Huskee Borrow, we deliver using reusable "Borrow Platters" and "Borrow Cups" wherever possible.
